- Cursos de formación en los que trasladamos al trabajador la manera más idónea para llevar a cabo las tareas de su trabajo, sobre todo en actividades repetitivas. Además, enseñamos qué hacer para contrarrestar las cargas inevitables derivadas del trabajo.
- Tratamientos de terapia manual para contrarrestar los desequilibrios y tensiones que cada uno lleva consigo, así como la carga derivada de las propias tareas del trabajo.
- Asesoramiento a los responsables del diseño de los puestos y dinámicas de trabajo para respetar lo máximo posible una mecánica corporal correcta.
Cada vez más empresas se interesan por la fisioterapia preventiva y es una cuestión de tiempo que la figura del fisioterapeuta se vaya instaurando en el ámbito de la empresa.
